- Head over to your email and download the plugin file (first link in the above email). Make sure it’s a ZIP file, if not, you may have to compress it, which is easy.
- Copy the License Key to activate the plugin (second link in the above email).
- Log into your WordPress dashboard
- Go to Plugins > Add New
- At the top left, it will say “Upload Plugin.” Click that button
7. Click “Choose File”
8. Go to your downloads and choose the “Link Whiper Premium file” you downloaded in step one.
9. Click the “Install Now” button
10. Click the “Activate” button
11. Once the plugin is activated, go to the Link Whisper Plugin > Settings
12. Go to the right, at the top of the navigation setting, to “LICENSING.”
13. Insert the License Key that you copied in step 3.
14. Scroll down to the bottom of the *same* page and click “Activate License.”
15. Click on “Reports” under Link Whisper in your dashboard.
16. Click “Run a Link Scan.”
17. Once the Link Scan runs, you are all set
18. Go to any post and see where you can add internal links

There are a few ways to to this.
To add an internal link pointing to one of your posts, do the following:
Under Link Whisper on your WordPress dashboard on your left sidebar, click “Add Inbound Internal Links.” (see the pink arrow below)
If you’ve added new posts in the last hour, run a new link scan.
Find the desired post and click “Add” under the Inbound Internal Links column to link it to any other post on your site.
It pulls relevant anchor text from your post title, Rank Math, set keywords, and GSC keywords.
You can toggle them on or off.
Filter by specific keywords or search your site for them.
Select the links you want to add.
In the above example, Link Whisper suggests I link a post I just published, “Is There a Bridge to Catalina Island?” to another of my posts, “Cheapest Way to Get to Catalina Island,” with the suggested anchor text, “bridge from mainland California to Catalina Island.”
I will say YES to this suggestion!
It’s a good idea, and I wouldn’t have thought of it otherwise because it’s hard to recall hundreds of posts I’ve written.
You can change the anchor text by clicking on different words in the suggested results or edit the sentence to better fit the anchor text for your internal link.

Outbound Internal Links
For outbound internal links, Link Whisper identifies key opportunities to link from your current post to other relevant content already on your site.

Each suggested link can be easily reviewed and inserted.
Once you have a post ready to publish to add an outbound internal link, ensure the post is first saved in your draft folder.
In the edit page, scroll to the bottom past your text. There, you’ll see Link Whisper suggestions for outbound internal links.
By utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP), the tool generates contextually relevant link suggestions pulled from Rank Math, GSC, post titles, etc.
You can select different anchor text, edit anchor text, and get better suggestions for multiple links for each suggestion.

It’s on my list of the six tasks I complete after hitting “publish” on a post.
I go to the auto-linking tab and enter the URL and the text I want it to link to within all of my posts.

Go to the auto-linking section under Link Whisper on your sidebar.
Add the keyword that you want to direct to the specific URL you want to link to. It’s that simple.
After I published this post, I immediately went to the auto-linking tab.
